Terms Of Use

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”), constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“user” or “you”) and Automate Academy.

Automate Academy also reserves the right to remove, cancel, or ban ay users that violate our terms and conditions.

YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT BY ACKNOWLEDGING SUCH ACCEPTANCE DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS (IF APPLICABLE) AND ALSO BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SITES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THIS AGREEMENT, OR TO MODIFICATIONS THAT COMPANY MAY MAKE TO THIS AGREEMENT IN THE FUTURE, DO NOT USE OR ACCESS OR CONTINUE TO USE OR ACCESS THE COMPANY SERVICES OR THE SITES

Service

Automate Academy provides the following service which is listed on the website before purchasing.

  • Growing library of automation trainings

  • Share links so you can duplicate workflows to your account

  • Access to our automation specialists to help with creating/solving your automations

  • Access to the Facebook group for community support

Bonus

  • Pro level account

  • Instant automation runs

  • Unlimited workflows

  • Unlimited premium connections

  • 50,000 tasks per month

If you exceed the 50,000 task limit per month you will be subject to additional fees mentioned under billing and refunds.

Automate Academy also limits use of their service to 1 account per person. Any users caught violating this condition will be banned from service.

Billing and Refunds

By purchasing Automate Academy's service you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be given once a payment has processed.

As the customer you also agree to be auto billed for your monthly subscription as well as any overage fees that may be incurred if you exceed the allowed 50,000 tasks per month that you receive with your bonus.

If you exceed the 50,000 allowed tasks per month you will be auto billed at a rate of $5 or $0.006 per task, which ever is greater.

If your auto bill for overages or your monthly subscription fails, your account will be canceled and access to our services will be removed until payment is made.

Cancelations

To cancel your monthly subscription you must send an email to our support team at [email protected]. All cancelation requests submitted after your subscription has renewed will be subject to our refund policy which can be found under Billing and Refunds.
